It's been a long 6 years but the final year is finally here!
There are exciting times ahead for our Year 12 students at GHS over the next three terms, all culminating in the HSC exams in October.
The focus for our Year 12 is on classwork, assessments and future pathways with many programs and events geared towards supporting students.
Senior Study
Each Wednesday the library is open from 2:30pm–4:00pm to provide a quiet and supportive space for students to study and complete assessments. All Year 11 and 12 students are welcome each week.
University of Newcastle Mentor lunch
During Week 9, representatives from the University of Newcastle will be at school to have lunch with Year 12 students and answer questions about university life.
Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb
Thursday 8th April is our first ever Year 12 excursion to climb the Harbour Bridge. An exciting opportunity for our students.
